    This event was created to honor Caren Mercer-Andreasen, who brought the first professional artist to Prosser. In her honor, we will host local professional Artists and youth artists from local high schools showcasing their unique chalk art street painting talents. We also invite the community to join in the fun and chalk paint some squares. This event is during the Prosser Chamber's Harvest Festival. September 23rd from 9am - 4pm, and September 24th, 9am - 2pm. We will provide the chalk for $5 for anyone wishing to join the street painting activities.
